After completing his law from BBA/LLB (Hons) from the Faculty of Law, ICFAI University, Dehradun, he joined the firm in the year 2011, having more than 11 years of experience at the bar, handling varied briefs apart from providing issue-based consultancy to the clients.

Experience

• Represented Government of Haryana in the Supreme Court of India as Assistant Advocate General. Advised and provided opinions to the Government of Haryana on various aspects of law.
• Practicing law for more than 12 years in various courts of Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, and other states of India, including High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.
• Vast experience in the field of Law, including civil, criminal, contract, service matters, arbitration cases, and cases pertaining to drafting of conveyance documents for registration and various types of contracts in all District Courts of Delhi and the High Court of Delhi.

Areas of Practice

• Providing legal advice and opinion on queries raised by companies on legal issues and advising on the latest government regulations, etc.
• Handling all pending and future litigation, including company cases, recovery cases, property cases, injunction suits, negotiable instruments cases, matrimonial cases, motor accident cases, labor and industrial disputes, consumer cases, succession cases, and probate cases, etc.
• Appearing before the Supreme Court of India, High Court, District Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Consumer Forums, State and National Commission, MACT, Labor & Industrial Courts, Quasi-Judicial Authorities, and other courts.
• Drafting/vetting various types of agreements, legal documents, legal notices, etc.
