Experience

• Practicing law for 37 years as a lawyer in various courts of Haryana, Punjab, Delhi, and other states of India, including High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.
• Represented UHBVN and HUDA as a Senior Counsel for approximately 10 years.

Areas of Practice

• Providing legal advice and opinion on queries raised by clients and companies on legal issues and advising on the latest government regulations, etc.
• Handling litigation including criminal cases, company cases, recovery cases, property cases, injunction suits, negotiable instruments cases, matrimonial cases, motor accident cases, labour and industrial disputes, consumer cases, succession & probate cases, etc.
• Appearing before the Supreme Court of India, High Court, District Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Consumer Forums, State and National Commission, MACT, Labour & Industrial Courts, Quasi Judicial Authorities, and other courts.
• Drafting/vetting various types of Agreements, Legal Documents, Legal Notices, etc.
• Handling financial matters such as negotiable documents, Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, etc.
• Dealing with Motor Accident Cases before the Tribunal and Appellate Courts on behalf of DTC and individual clients.
